I’m Orlagh, founder of ORLAGH COLLECTIVE.

After years of living and working around the world, I discovered that true transformation doesn’t come from changing your surroundings—it comes from changing the relationship you have with yourself.

ORLAGH COLLECTIVE was created as a place where women can pause and rediscover who they are. Through guided journals, transformative portrait experiences, intimate gatherings & retreats and thoughtful storytelling, my mission is to help women create lives they truly love.

We gather in small numbers, on purpose, and we go deeper than a business card ever could.

Dinners held by candlelight

Small tables, long conversations, no name badges. Eight to twelve women at a time, seated with intention so the room actually knows one another by the end of the night.

RETREATS

Two, Three or so days, wholly yours

Coastal houses, slow mornings, guided reflection and honest conversation. You leave with clarity, not a tote bag of brochures.
